Near MAHAGANAPATHY’S idol. there is an information board stating that this Pillayar statue was shipped to this place from one of Asian countries…when the statue was loaded Pillayar was having 2 full Thandhams …தந்தம் …!!!!!
On the destination when the pack was opened they found PILLAYAR with one and half தந்தம் !!!!!!!….a true traditional pillayar sacrificing HIS half thandham during sea passage to Australia!!!!!
Pillayar ….almost 10 feet…. looks like smiling at us with His Blessings!!!!!!…..i was feeling like offering தோப்புக்கரணம் to Pillayar at that site…but i could not do!!!! Incidentally, pl see my earlier blog ” தோப்புக்கரண மகிமை ” on this site…..
