Not in a literal sense, but we dont consider saying Nandri as polite and fashionable anymore… sayingThanks is considered more fashionable. Can we all start saying Nandri to start with…of all the people i shouldnt be saying this!!!!!… but I think we should start using simple Tamil words in our day to day life
This is what i have felt we should try and do
In the malls – speak to the staff in Tamil
Speak to relatives in Tamil not in English
Say Vanakkam and Nandri where and when possible
Take off with Natarajan
