“ஓதி மலை முருகனின் அற்புதம்” சத்தியமங்கலம் அருகே 25 கிலோ மீட்டர் தொலைவில் உள்ள இடம் ஓதி மலை, இங்கே முருகன் கோவில் அமைந்துள்ளது. வறட்சியான பகுதி, மரங்கள் அதிகம் இருக்காது, இருக்கும் பெரும்பாலான மரங்களும் முள் மரங்களே. கோவில் 1650+100 செங்குத்தான படிக்கட்டுகளை கொண்டது, நகரத்து வயதானவர்கள் ஏற முடியாது, வயது குறைந்தவர்களே இதில் ஏற திணறி விடுவார்கள், உண்மையிலேயே மிக சிரமம் முதல் முறை எங்கும் உட்காராமல் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்று முடிவு செய்து கடைசியில் நாக்கு தள்ளி முக்கால்வாசி முக்கி முக்கி போயும் வேறு வழி இல்லாமல் உட்கார்ந்துவிட்டேன். கொஞ்சம் மறந்து பின்னால் சாய்ந்தாலும் பல்டி போட்டு விடுவோம், அவ்வளோ செங்குத்தான பகுதி. மிகைப்படுத்தி கூறவில்லை. நான் சபரி மலை சென்ற போது கூட இவ்வளோ சிரம படவில்லை. இந்த கோவிலுக்கு நடந்து மட்டுமே போக முடியும்,வாகன பாதை கிடையாது.
கோவில் மிக எளிமையாக இருக்கும்,எந்த ஒரு ஆடம்பரமும் இல்லாமல். இந்த கோவிலுக்கு வரும் ஐயர் வாரத்தில் மூன்று நாட்கள் மட்டுமே வருவார் (படி ஏறி படி ஏறி திடமாக இருக்கிறார்) ஒரு சில நாட்கள் கோவிலிலேயே தங்கி விடுவார். அவர் எப்படி தான் ஏறி போய் பூசை செய்கிறாரோ !! நினைத்தாலே கண்ணை கட்டுது.எந்த வித ஆடம்பர அலங்காரமும் இல்லாமல் எளிமையான முருகன் சிலை, பார்க்கவே அற்புதம். இத்தனை உயர மலையிலும் ஒரு கிணறு உள்ளது. கஷ்டப்பட்டு நடந்து வந்தாலும் மேலே வந்ததும் ஒரு நிம்மதி கிடைக்கிறது.
விசயத்துக்கு வருகிறேன், என்னுடைய அக்கா இந்த கோவில் முருகன் மேல் அளவுகடந்த நம்பிக்கை வைத்து இருக்கிறார்கள், இங்கே சென்று வேண்டினால் நல்லது நடக்கும் என்று அவர்கள் நம்பிக்கை, அதை உண்மை ஆக்கும் வகையில் ஒரு சில சம்பவங்கள் நடந்தன, எனவே எனக்கும் மிக ஆச்சர்யம். நமக்கும் மேலே ஒரு சக்தி உள்ளது என்பதை நான் முழுமையாக நம்புபவன். கடவுள் மீது நம்பிக்கை உண்டு ஆனால் கண்மூடித்தனமான நம்பிக்கை இல்லை. நடந்த ஒரு சில விஷயங்கள் என் நம்பிக்கையை அதிகரித்துள்ளது.
என் அக்காவின் கணவர் உறவினர் 4 பேருக்கும் எங்கள் உறவினர் ஒருவருக்கும் இந்த கோவில் சென்ற வந்த பிறகு குழந்தை பிறந்தது (நீண்ட காலமாக குழந்தை இல்லாமல்) மூவரின் நிலை எனக்கு சரியாக தெரியவில்லை ஆனால் உண்மை. எனக்கு தெரிந்த மீதி இருவர் பற்றி கூறுகிறேன்
ஒரு தம்பதிக்கு நீண்ட நாட்களாக குழந்தை இல்லை, பல மருத்துவர்களிடம் காண்பித்து விட்டார்கள் மருத்துவர்களும் ஆணின் விந்தணுவில் சரியான அளவு உயிரணு இல்லை,எனவே குழந்தை பிறப்பதற்கான வாய்ப்பே இல்லை என்று கூறி விட்டார்கள், திருமணம் ஆகி 5 வருடம் ஆகி விட்டது. அனைவரும் கை விட்ட பிறகு அனைவருக்கும் நினைவு வருவது கடவுள் தானே. எனவே என் அக்காவின் விருப்பத்திற்காக இதையும் முயற்சி பண்ணலாமே என்று அவர்கள் கோவில் சென்று முருகனை வேண்டி வந்தார்கள், அடுத்த மாதமே அவர்கள் கருவுற்றார்கள், தற்போது குழந்தை பிறந்து நலமுடன் இருக்கிறார்கள். இது நம்பவே முடியாத அதிசயம்.
இன்னொரு தம்பதி எனக்கு மிக நெருங்கிய உறவினர் திருமணம் ஆகி 20 வருடம் ஆகி விட்டது ஒரு முறை கருத்தரித்து அழிந்து விட்டது. பிறகு கருவுறவே இல்லை, அவரின் (ஆணின்) விந்தணுவில் உயிரணு இல்லை என்று கூறி விட்டார்கள். இவரும் இந்த கோவில் வந்து வேண்டி கொண்டார், இதற்காக பல விரதங்கள் பல வேண்டுதல்கள் என்று பட்ட கஷ்டம் சொல்லி மாளாது. பிறகு என் அக்காவின் ஆலோசனை படி (என் அக்கா மருத்துவர்) சென்னை கமலா மருத்தவரிடம் ஆலோசனை பெற்று செயற்கை முறையில் தற்போது கருத்தரித்துள்ளார்கள்.
இது அறிவியல் தான் இங்கே எங்கே கடவுள் வந்தார் என்றால் என்னிடம் பதில் இல்லை. 20 வருடம் குழந்தை இல்லாமல் பலரின் கேலிக்கும் கிண்டலுக்கும் ஆளாகி பல நாட்கள் அழுது, மற்றவர்களின் பேச்சுகளை சமாளித்து இந்த நிலையை அடைந்தவர்களிடம் போய் இது கடவுள் செயல் அல்ல அறிவியல் என்று கூறினால் நம்மை அவர் என்ன கூறுவார் என்று நான் சொல்லி தெரியவேண்டியதில்லை. வெளியே இருந்து கூறுகிறவர்கள் என்ன வேண்டும் என்றாலும் கூறலாம், கஷ்டபடுகிறவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே அதன் அருமை புரியும். தற்போது கருவுற்று இருக்கிறார்கள், இன்னும் குழந்தை பிறக்கவில்லை, அவர்கள் நலமுடன் குழந்தை பெற அந்த முருகன் ஆசிவர்த்திப்பானாக (Updated: இவருக்கு குழந்தை பிறந்து நலமுடன் இருக்கிறார்கள்).
இன்னொரு பெண், இவருக்கு திருமணமே ஆகவில்லை. பல இடங்களில் முயற்சி செய்தும் சரியான வரன் கிடைக்கவில்லை. என் திருமணத்திற்கு முன்பு இருந்து பார்க்கிறார்கள். தற்போது என் அக்கா கோவிலுக்கு சென்று வர கூறி, போய் வந்த பிறகு தற்போது நல்ல இடத்தில் வரன் கிடைத்துள்ளது.
கோவிலுக்கு போகாமல் இருந்தால் கடவுள் வரன் கொடுக்க வில்லை என்றால், அது என்ன கடவுள் என்று கேட்டால் என்னிடம் பதில் இல்லை. திருமணம் ஆகாமல் தள்ளி போவது எவ்வளோ பெரிய கொடுமை என்று அந்த நிலையில் இருப்பவர்களுக்கு தான் தெரியும் அதுவும் குறிப்பாக பெண்கள். அந்த நிலையில் இருப்பவர்கள் கடவுளிடம் உன்னை தேடி வந்தால் தான் கொடுப்பாயா என்றெல்லாம் கேக்கும் மன நிலையில் இருக்க மாட்டார்கள். கஷ்டப்படாம எதுவும் கிடைக்காது.
நான் மூன்று முறை இதோடு சென்று வந்துள்ளேன் எனக்கும் பல நன்மைகள் நடந்ததாகவே கருதுகிறேன். என் பகுதியை விளக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை. இதை நான் ஏன் கூறினேன் என்றால் இதை போல கஷ்டப்படுபவர்கள் நிறைய பேர் இருப்பார்கள், பல முயற்சிகளை செய்து இருப்பார்கள், கடைசியாக இதையும் ஏன் முடிந்தால் முயற்சித்து பார்க்க கூடாது, நல்லது நடக்கவில்லை என்றாலும், கெட்டது நடக்க வாய்ப்பில்லையே. நம்பிக்கையோடு எதை செய்தாலும் அதற்க்கு பலன் உண்டு, அது கடவுளுக்கு எனும் போது கொஞ்சம் கூடுதல் சக்தி இருப்பதாகவே உணருகிறேன்.
கடவுள் நம்பிக்கை பற்றி பேசும் போதெல்லாம் எனக்கு நினைவுக்கு வருவது நமது பதிவர் அனுராதா அவர்கள் கூறியது தான். “நான்கு பக்கமும் கஷ்டம் வந்தால் நாத்திகனும் ஆத்திகன் ஆகி விடுவான்”
 தூரத்தில் இருந்து ஒரு கிளிக்
 பார்க்குறதுக்கு சின்ன மலையா இருக்கேன்னு தப்பு கணக்கு போட்டுடாதீங்க, ஏறும் போது தான் அதன் கஷ்டம் தெரியும்.
 மலையின் ஆரம்பம்
 ஒவ்வொரு 300 படிக்கட்டிற்கும் ஒரு இளைப்பாறும் மண்டபம் இருக்கும் (850 படிக்கட்டு வரை)
 சமதரையே கிடையாது முழுவதும் படிக்கட்டே தான்

 இதன் பிறகு இளைப்பாறும் மண்டபம் கிடையாது

 கடைசி 100 படிக்கட்டு இங்கே தான்
 முருகனை புகைப்படம் எடுக்க அனுமதி கிடைக்கவில்லை என்பதால் கோபுரம் மட்டுமே எடுத்தேன்
 தூரத்தில் தெரிவது பவானி சாகர் அணையின் தண்ணீர்
  மேக மூட்டம் ஒரு சில இடங்களில் இருப்பது மேலே இருந்து பார்க்கும் போது அழகாக தெரிந்தது
 வெய்யில் நேரத்தில் காலில் செருப்பு இல்லாமல் ஏற இறங்க முடியாது, ஒரு முறை என் அக்கா இருவர் கோவிலுக்கு போகும் போது வெய்யில் இல்லாததால் செருப்பு போடாமல் சென்று விட்டு வரும் போது வெய்யில் கொளுத்தி, நடக்க முடியாமல் கண்ணில் தண்ணீர் வந்தது தனி கதை. கருங்கல் என்பதால் சூடு தாறுமாறாக இருக்கும்.

நவராத்திரி மூன்றாம் நாள் வழிபாடு ….
 நாளை (அக்.18ல்) அம்பிகையை வராஹியாக அலங்கரிக்க வேண்டும். பன்றிமுகத்துடன் கூடியவளாக விளங்கும் இவளை வழிபட்டால் பகைவர் பயம் நீங்கும். மதுரை மீனாட்சியம்மன் நாளை தட்சிணாமூர்த்தி கோலத்தில் காட்சியளிக்கிறாள். தென்முகக்கடவுளான தட்சிணாமூர்த்தி சிவன்கோயில்களில், கல்லால மரத்தின் கீழ் இருப்பார். இவர் முன்னால் சனகர்,சனந்தனர், சனதானர், சனத்குமாரர் என்னும் நான்கு சீடர்கள் இருப்பர். அவர்களுக்கு உபதேசம் செய்கிறார் தட்சிணாமூர்த்தி. இவருடைய வலக்கை சின்முத்திரை காட்டியபடி இருக்கும். வலக்கைப் பெருவிரல் பரமாத்மாவாகிய கடவுளையும், ஆள்காட்டிவிரல் ஜீவாத்மாவாகிய உயிரையும் குறிக்கும். மற்ற விரல்களான நடுவிரல், மோதிரவிரல், சுண்டுவிரல் ஆகியவை ஆணவம், கன்மம், மாயை ஆகியவற்றைக் குறிக்கும். ஆணவம் என்பது அகங்காரம். கன்மம் என்பது உயிர்கள் செய்யும் நல்வினை, தீவினைப்பயன்கள். மாயை என்பது இவ்வுலக வாழ்வு உண்மை என எண்ணும் நிலை. இம்மூன்றையும் விட்டு, ஒருவன் நீங்கினால் மட்டுமே கடவுளோடு ஐக்கியமாக முடியும் என்பதே சின்முத்திரை தத்துவம். அம்பாளைத் தட்சிணாமூர்த்தியாக உபதேசிக்கும் கோலத்தை காண்பவர்களுக்கு அஞ்ஞானம் அகலும். கடவுளின் திருவடியே நிலையானது என்ற மெய்ஞானம் உண்டாகும். நைவேத்யம்: எலுமிச்சை சாதம் பாட வேண்டிய பாடல்: என்குறை தீர நின்று ஏத்துகின்றேன், இனியான் பிறக்கின்

அம்பிகையை நாளை(அக்.17ல்) மயில் வாகனம், சேவல் கொடியுடன் அலங்கரிக்க வேண்டும். இவளை “கவுமாரி என்றும், “குமார கண நாதம்பா என்றும் அழைப்பர். பக்தர்களின் பாவங்களைப் போக்கி, தைரியத்தை அருள்பவள் இவள். நாளை மதுரை மீனாட்சி முருகனுக்கு வேல் வழங்குதல் கோலத்தில் காட்சி தருகிறாள். சூரபத்மன் தேவர்களுக்கு பல கொடுமைகளைச் செய்தான். அவர்கள், சிவபெருமானின் உதவியை நாடினர். அவருடைய நெற்றிக்கண்களில் ஆறுதீப்பொறிகள் தோன்றின. அவை சரவணப்பொய்கையில் ஆறுதாமரைப் பூக்களில், ஆறுகுழந்தைகளாக மாறியது. கார்த்திகைப்பெண்கள் அவர்களை வளர்த்தனர். பார்வதி அறுவரையும் ஒருவராக்கி “கந்தன் என்று பெயரிட்டாள். ஜகன்மாதாவான பராசக்தி தன் சக்தி அனைத்தையும் ஒன்று திரட்டி வேல் ஆக்கினாள். “வேல் என்றால் “வெற்றி . அந்த சக்திவேலாயுதத்தை முருகனுக்கு வழங்கினாள். முருகனுக்குரிய அடையாளமாகத் திகழும் வெற்றிவேலை, அன் னை மீனாட்சி வழங்குவதைக் கண்டால் வாழ்வில் வெற்றி வந்து சேரும்.

மதிய உணவு வேளை
ஈரோடு, பவர்ஹவுஸ் ரோடு, அரசு ஆஸ்பத்திரி எதிரே உள்ள ஏவிஎம் உணவு விடுதி அருகில், காலில் செருப்பு கூட இல்லாதவர்கள், உடம்பில் சட்டை போடாமல் துண்டு மட்டும் கொண்டு இருப்பவர்கள், ஒரு காலத்தில் வெள்ளையாக இருந்த வேட்டியை அணிந்தவர்கள், நைந்து போன புடவையுடன் காணப்பட்டவர்கள் என சுமார் இருபது பேர் அந்த உணவு விடுதி அருகே, கண்களில் கவலையையும், கையில் ஒரு பையையும் வைத்துக்கொண்டு நின்றார்கள்.
சிறிது நேரத்தில் உணவு விடுதியில் இருந்து அழைப்பு வந்ததும் கையில் இருந்த ஒரு டோக்கனையும், ஒரு ரூபாயையும் கொடுத்துவிட்டு ஒரு பார்சல் சாப்பாட்டை வாங்கிக்கொண்டு திரும்பினர்.
பார்த்த நமக்கு ஆச்சர்யம், இந்த காலத்தில் ஒரு ரூபாய்க்கு ஒரு சாப்பாடா என்று!
உள்ளே வாங்க விவரமா சொல்றேன் என்று மெஸ் உரிமையாளர் வெங்கட்ராமன் அழைத்துச் சென்றார், முதல்ல சாப்பிடுங்க என்று சூடான சாப்பாடை சாம்பார், ரசம், மோர் கூட்டு பொரியல், அப்பளத்துடன் வழங்கினார் சுவையாகவும், திருப்தியாகவும் இருந்தது.
நீங்க சாப்பிட்ட சாப்பாட்டின் விலை இருபத்தைந்து ரூபாய், இந்த சாப்பாட்டைதான் இப்போது வந்தவர்கள் ஒரு ரூபாய் கொடுத்து வாங்கிச் சென்றார்கள், அவர்களுக்கு மட்டும்தான் ஒரு ரூபாய். அது ஏன் அவர்களுக்கு மட்டும் ஒரு ரூபாய் என்ற உங்கள் சந்தேகத்தை விளக்கிவிடுகிறேன்.
எங்க ஒட்டலுக்கு எதிரே உள்ள அரசு ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் உள் நோயாளிகளாக அனுமதிக்கப்படுபவர்கள் பெரும்பாலும் சுற்றுப்பக்கம் உள்ள கிராமத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஏழை, எளிய மக்கள்தான். நோயாளிகளுக்கு மதிய உணவு ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் வழங்கப்பட்டுவிடும், ஆனால் கூட இருக்கும் உறவினர்களுக்கு ஆஸ்பத்திரி நிர்வாகப்படி உணவு வழங்கமுடியாது, அவர்கள் வெளியில்தான் சாப்பிட்டுக்கொள்ள முடியும், அவசரமாக வந்தாலும், நிதானமாக வந்தாலும் அவர்கள் கையில் காசு இருக்காது.
ஆகவே அவர்களைச் சார்ந்த உறவினர்கள், நண்பர்கள் பலர் பல நாள் ஒட்டலுக்கு வந்து சாப்பாடு என்ன விலை என்று கேட்பதும் கையில் உள்ள காசை திரும்ப, திரும்ப எண்ணிப்பார்ப்பதும், பிறகு அரைச்சாப்பாடு என்ன விலை என்று கேட்டு அதையும் வாங்காமல் கடைசியில் ஒரு டீயும் வடையும் சாப்பிட்டு போவார்கள் சில நேரம் வெறும் டீயுடன் வயிற்றைக்காயப் போட்டுக்கொண்டு போவார்கள்.
தினமும் ஒரே மாதிரி மனிதர்கள் வருவதில்லை ஆனால் அன்றாடம் வரக்கூடிய இருபதுக்கும் குறையாத மனிதர்கள் பலரும் நான் மேலே சொன்னது போல ஒரே மாதிரிதான் நடந்து கொள்வார்கள்
பசியாற சாப்பாடு போட கடை நடத்தும் எனக்கு இதை பார்தது மனசு பகீர் என்றது. சரி தினமும் இருபது பேருக்கு ஒரு வேளையாவது உணவு தானம் செய்தது போல இருக்கட்டும் என்று எண்ணி இருபது சாப்பாடை பார்சல் கட்டி வைத்துவிடுவேன், ஆனால் இலவசமாக கொடுத்தால் அவர்களது தன்மானம் தடுக்கும், ஆகவே பெயருக்கு ஒரு ரூபாய் வாங்கிக்கொள்கிறேன். மேலும் இந்த இருபது பேரை அடையாளம் காட்டுவதற்காக ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் உள்ள உள்நோயாளிகளை கவனித்துக்கொள்ளும் வார்டு பொறுப்பாளரிடம் இருந்து டோக்கன் வாங்கிவரவேண்டும்.
இதுதான் சார் விஷயம். இது இல்லாம எங்க ஒட்டலில் சாப்பிடும் உடல் ஊனமுற்றவர்களுக்கு 10சதவீதமும், கண் பார்வையற்றவர்களுக்கு இருபது சதவீதமும் எப்போதுமே தள்ளுபடி உண்டு. பொருளாதார நிலமை கூடிவந்தால் மூன்று வேளை கூட கொடுக்க எண்ணியுள்ளேன்.
இந்த விஷயத்துல நாங்களும் கொஞ்சம் புண்ணியம் தேடிக்கிறோம் என்று என்னை தெரிந்தவர்கள் வந்து இருபது சாப்பாட்டிற்கான முழுத்தொகையை (ஐநூறு ரூபாய்)கொடுத்துவிட்டுப் போவார்கள், நான் அவர்கள் பெயரை போர்டில் எழுதிப்போட்டு நன்றி தெரிவித்துவிடுவேன் என்ற வெங்கட்ராமன், நமக்கு விடை கொடுக்கும் போது சொன்னது இதுதான்…

The “Apple iPad Mini” as it’s been dubbed by the rumor mill, is expected to be a 7 or 8-inch sibling of the iPad, designed to compete with smaller tablet rivals like the Google Nexus 7, or the Amazon Kindle Fire HD.
There’s never a shortage of gossip and rumors when it comes to mysterious new Apple products, but there does seem to come a point where the speculation reaches critical mass and it seems more likely than not that there’s truth behind it. Assuming an iPad Mini is, in fact, impending, it will probably be a game changer.
Rumor has it that iOS might soon have three sizes to choose from.
Despite initial claims that the iPad is strictly a “media consumption device” not suited for business, the tablet continues to be widely adopted for business use across a variety of industries. Reports earlier this year indicated that 94 percent of the Fortune 500, and 70 percent of the Global 500 corporations were already testing or deploying the Apple tablet.
The sheer volume of quality apps has helped drive the dominance of the iPad, and the dominance of the iPad has helped drive interest from developers to create quality iOS apps. It’s a self-feeding circle that has resulted in apps to perform virtually any business function you can think of.
Since the launch of the iPhone, and the original iPad, iOS integration with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync has evolved significantly. IT admins can exert a great deal of control over iOS devices through Exchange ActiveSync policies.
The reason that an iPad Mini could be a game changer is that it is expected to cost $250 or $300 tops. Other 7-inch tablets are available in the $200 to $250 range, so it makes sense that an iPad Mini would be around $250 in order to be competitive. As great as the iPad is, businesses are going to be inclined to get those same features and capabilities at half the cost if the iPad Mini pricing estimates are accurate.
For businesses that are already deploying iPhones and iPads, or allowing employees to use their own iOS devices in a BYOD (bring your own device) scenario, an iPad Mini will make perfect sense. The iOS platform, the apps, and the culture will all be consistent with what everyone is already used to.
Businesses that are more Android-oriented, or using Windows Phone or BlackBerry devices may need to look more closely at the potential value of an iPad Mini, and weigh the features and capabilities against Android equivalents, or the upcoming barrage of Windows 8 tablets like the Microsoft Surface.
Granted, this is all pure speculation. Why? Well, because officially there’s no such thing as an iPad Mini, and nobody really has any clue what the features and capabilities of such a device will be if it does exist. As of right now, all we have are “leaked” images and information that might be fake, and hints of a possible Apple press event that was originally rumored to be this week, but pushed back to next week when no invitations arrived to confirm the first rumor.
So, maybe there will soon be an Apple iPad Mini. Maybe there won’t. If there is, though, I think it’s safe to assume it will have a seismic impact on the 7-inch tablet market. More importantly, if the price is right and the capabilities are remotely similar to those of the larger iPad, the iPad Mini could be an ideal device for business use.

everyday for the next 30 days.
All you’ll have to do is sell my rice. And at the end of the month, as
Business Partners, we’ll share in the profits.
Tears of joy rolled down his cheeks. “Oh Sir,” he said, “you’re a gift from
Heaven. You’re the answer to my prayers.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!” He then paused and said, Sir, how will we
divide the profits?
Do I keep 10% and you get the 90%? Do I keep 5% and you get the 95%? I’ll
be happy with any arrangement.
The rich man shook his head and chuckled. “No, I want you to give me the
10%. And you keep the 90%.
For a moment, the beggar couldn’t speak. When he tried to speak, it was
gibberish. Uh, gee, uh, wow, I mean, huh?
He couldn’t believe his ears. The deal was too preposterous.
The rich man laughed more loudly. He explained, I don’t need the money, my
friend.
I’m already wealthy beyond what you can ever imagine.
I want you to give me 10% of your profits so you grow in faithfulness and
gratitude.
The beggar knelt down before his benefactor and said, Yes Sir, I will do as
you say.
Even now, I’m so grateful for what you’ve done for me!
*And so that was what happened. He forgets where the blessings came from.

Each day, the beggar now dressed a little bit better operated a store
selling rice in the market. He worked very hard.
He woke up early in the morning and slept late at night. And sales were
brisk, also because the rice was of good quality.
And after 30 days, the profits were astounding.
At the end of the month, as the ex-beggar was counting the money, and
liking very much the feeling of money in his hands, an idea grew in his
mind.
He told himself, Gee, why should I give 10% to my Business Partner? I
didn’t see him the whole month!
I was the one who was working day and night for this business. I did all
this work! I deserve the 100% profits!
A few minutes later, the rich man was knocking on the door to collect his
10% of the profits.
The ex-beggar opened the door and said, “You don’t deserve the 10%. I
worked hard for this.
I deserve all of it!” And he slammed the door.
If you were his Business Partner, how would you feel?

God gave us everything, God is Our Business Partner.
God gave us life-every single moment, every single breath, every single
second. God gave us talents-ability to talk, to create, to earn money God
gave us a body-eyes, ears, mouth, hands, feet, heart. God gave us mind-
imagination, emotions, reasoning, language. So we need to give back Our
Business Partner something in return.

Once an old man spread rumours that his neighbor was a thief. As a result, the young man was arrested. Days later the young man was proved innocent. After being released he sued the old man for wrongly accusing him.
In the court the old man told the Judge: “They were just comments, didn’t harm anyone.” The judge told the old man: “Write all the things you said about him on a piece of paper. Cut them up and on the way home, throw the pieces of paper out. Tomorrow, come back to hear the sentence.” Next day, the judge told the old man: “Before receiving the sentence, you will have to go out and gather all the pieces of paper that you threw out yesterday.”
The old man said: “I can’t do that! The wind spread them and I won’t know where to find them.” The judge then replied: “The same way, simple comments may destroy the honour of a man to such an extent that one is not able to fix it. If you can’t speak well of someone, rather don’t say anything.”

It’s official! Vegetarians live longer than meat-eaters: Study

It might be time to replace chicken with veggies!
According to a new study, vegetarians – especially men – have a longer lifespan than those who eat meat.
Researchers from the Loma Linda University in California found that vegetarian Adventist men live to an average of 83.3 years and vegetarian women 85.7 years – 9.5 and 6.1 years, respectively, longer than other Californians, the Huffington Post reported.
In the ‘70s and ‘80s, a series of studies from the university, which has tracked tens of thousands of Seventh-day Adventists since 1958, were the first to show that vegetarians live longer than meat eaters.
Seventh-day Adventists have long been known as advocates of a vegetarian diet.
The new research presented at Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ 2012 Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo is halfway into completion and includes 96,000 people from the US and Canada.
Principal investigator Gary E Fraser revealed that the new study found that vegans are, on average, 13 kilograms lighter than meat eaters and five units lighter on the Body Mass Index (BMI) scale than meat-eaters.
Vegetarians and vegans are also less insulin resistant than meat-eaters.
Lean people are also more likely to exercise regularly, eat plants, and avoid cigarettes than overweight people, suggesting that numerous factors are boosting the overall health of these participants.
Pesco-vegetarians and semi-vegetarians who limit animal products, but still eat meat once a week or so, have “intermediate protection” against lifestyle diseases, Gary E Fraser claimed.
The study whose population is 25 per cent African-American and half vegetarian found that obesity cuts an African-American’s life span by 6.2 per cent, and across races, the protective qualities of fat in seniors was not seen.
Previous studies have found past about age 85, people who are obese have a lower risk of dying than normal-weight peers.
