The world has come together to #prayforparis, including celebrities. Additionally, famous landmarks across the world have been lit in the colours of the French national flag to pay respect to the victims of the Paris tragedy.

However, the Eiffel tower in Paris turned off its lights and went dark in a sign of mourning. This is the first time that lights have gone off since the horrendous 9/11 terror attacks in the US.
