பெரியாரும் , மகாபெரியவரும் ….

காஞ்சிப் பெரியவரின் கூடவே இருந்து, அவருக்கு 40 ஆண்டுக் காலம் சேவை
செய்யும் பாக்கியம் பெற்றவர் லக்ஷ்மிநாராயணன் என்னும் 76 வயதுப்
பெரியவர். மாங்காட்டில் இருக்கிறார். காஞ்சிப் பெரியவர் பற்றி அவர்
சொன்ன ஒரு விஷயம்……

காஞ்சிப் பெரியவர் தமது பரிவாரங்களுடன் நடந்து வருகிறார். லஸ் அருகில்,
அவரையும் அவரது அடியவர் கூட்டத்தையும் தாக்குவதற்காக திராவிடர்
கழகத்தினர் கழி, கட்டைகளோடு நின்றுகொண்டு இருக்கிறார்கள். காஞ்சிப்
பெரியவருக்கு ஏதேனும் சங்கடம் நேர்ந்துவிட்டால், தங்களால் அதைத் தாங்கிக்
கொள்ள முடியாதே என்கிற பதைப்போடு டி.டி.கே., சதாசிவம் போன்றோர் கையைப்
பிசைந்துகொண்டு நிற்கிறார்கள். பெரியவரை மேலே முன்னேறி வர வேண்டாம் என்று
அவர்கள் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறார்கள். அவரது பாதுகாப்புக்கு போலீஸ் அதிகாரிகள்
இருக்கிறார்கள். இருந்தாலும், அவர்களும் தங்களை மீறி பெரியவருக்கு
ஏதேனும் ஆபத்து நேர்ந்துவிடுமோ என்கிற பயத்தில், அவரை மேலே செல்ல
வேண்டாம் என்று தயவுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறார்கள்.

பெரியவர் புன்னகைக்கிறார். “ஏன் வீணா பயப்படறேள்? அவா என்னை ஒண்ணும் பண்ண
மாட்டா!’ என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு, அருகே இருந்த அம்பாள் கோவில் எதிரே நின்று
சிறிது நேரம் கண்களை மூடிப் பிரார்த்தனை செய்துகொண்டுவிட்டு, மேலே
நடக்கத் தொடங்குகிறார். கூடவே நடந்து செல்லும் அனைவரின் மனதிலும் திக்…
திக்..! என்ன ஆகப் போகிறதோ என்று படபடப்பு!

அந்த நேரத்தில், ஈ.வே.ரா. பெரியார் அங்கே வருகிறார். திராவிடர் கழகத்
தொண்டர்களைப் பார்த்து உரத்த குரலில், “எல்லாரும் கட்டைகளைக் கீழே
போட்டுட்டு, ஒதுங்கி நில்லுங்க. பெரியவரை வழி மறிக்கிறது, தாக்குறது
எல்லாம் கூடாது, சொல்லிட்டேன்! அவர் எங்கே போகணுமோ, அங்கே அவரை ஒரு
ஆபத்தும் இல்லாம கொண்டு போய்ச் சேர்க்க வேண்டியது உங்க பொறுப்பு!’ என்று
கட்டளை இடுகிறார். அந்தக் கணீர்க் குரல் பெரியவருக்கும் அவரைச் சுற்றி
நிற்கும் அனைவருக்கும் கேட்கிறது. “நான்தான் சொன்னேனே, பார்த்தீர்களா!’
என்பதுபோல் பெரியவர் தம் அருகில் இருப்பவர்களைப் பார்த்துப் புன்னகை
பூத்தபடி, தொடர்ந்து நடக்கிறார்.

பெரியாரின் கட்டளையைச் சிரமேற்கொண்டு, பெரியவரைப் பாதுகாப்பாக அழைத்துக்
கொண்டுபோய் விடுகிறார்கள் திராவிடர் கழகத் தொண்டர்கள். இந்தச் சம்பவம்
நடக்கும்போது கூடவே இருந்தவர் லக்ஷ்மிநாராயணன். இதை அவர் விவரித்தபோது,
அன்றைக்கிருந்த படபடப்பு அவரது வர்ணனையில் இருந்தது.

இந்தச் சம்பவத்துக்குச் சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னால் வரை, காஞ்சிப்
பெரியவர் ‘மேனா’ என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய சிவிகையில்தான் சென்றுகொண்டு
இருந்தார். சிவிகை என்பது பல்லக்கு. பழைய காலத் திரைப் படங்களில்
இளவரசியை ஒரு பல்லக்கில் வைத்து, முன்னால் நான்கு பேர், பின்னால் நான்கு
பேர் தூக்கிச் செல்வதைப் பார்த்திருக்கலாம். பெரியவரையும் அதுபோல்தான்
அடியவர்கள் தூக்கிச் செல்வார்கள்.

ஒருமுறை, பெரியவர் அதுபோல் மேனாவில் சென்றுகொண்டு இருந்தபோது, வழியில்
மேடை போட்டுப் பெரியார் பேசிக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறார். “மற்றவர்கள்
சிரமப்பட்டுத் தூக்கிச் செல்ல, சொகுசாக உட்கார்ந்துகொண்டு போகிறாரே,
இவரெல்லாம் ஒரு துறவியா? மனிதனை மனிதன் சுமப்பது எத்தனைக் கேவலமானது!
துறவி என்றால் எல்லாச் சுகங்களையும் துறக்க வேண்டும். இப்படி அடுத்தவர்
தோளில் உட்கார்ந்து போகும் இவரைத் துறவி என்று எப்படி ஒப்புக்கொள்ள
முடியும்?’ என்று பெரியார் முழங்கிக்கொண்டு இருப்பது பெரியவரின்
காதுகளில் விழுந்தது.

அவ்வளவுதான்… மேனாவை அங்கேயே தரையிறக்கச் சொல்லி இறங்கிவிட்டார்
பெரியவர். “அவர் ஏதோ சொல்றார்; சொல்லிட்டுப் போறார். அதைப் பெரிசா
எடுத்துக்காதீங்கோ! உங்களைச் சுமந்துண்டு போறதை நாங்க பாக்கியமா
கருதறோம்!’என்று மடத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் பெரியவரிடம்
கெஞ்சியிருக்கிறார்கள்.

“இல்லை. அவர் சொல்றதுதான் சரி! சுகத்தைத் துறக்காதவன் துறவியே இல்லை.
இனிமே எனக்கு இந்த மேனா வேண்டாம். இனி நான் எங்கே போகணும்னாலும்
நடந்துதான் போகப் போறேன்’ என்று தீர்மானமான முடிவெடுத்துவிட்டார்
காஞ்சிப் பெரியவர்.
கடைசி வரையிலும், அவர் அந்த முடிவிலிருந்து மாறவில்லை. அவர் கால்கள்
தெம்பு இருக்கும்வரை நடந்துகொண்டே இருந்தன.

பிராம்மணர்கள் கடல் கடந்து போவது ஆசாரகாவலரான ஆசார்யனுக்கு உகந்ததல்ல
என்று அறிந்த ஒரு அந்தண அடியார், சீமை சென்று திரும்பிய பின், அங்கும்
தமது ஆசாரங்களை வழுவாது பின்பற்றியதை பெரியவாளிடம் தெரிவித்தால் அதை அவர்
ஏற்று கொள்வார் என்று எண்ணினார்.

“இங்கிலாந்தில் கூட விடாமல் அம்மாவாசை தர்ப்பணம் பண்ணினேன்”

“அதாவது…..நீ போனது போறாதுன்னு, ஒன்னோட பித்ருக்களையும் சீமைக்கு
வரவழைச்சுட்டியாகĮ 1;கும்?” என்று சிரித்துகொண்டே ஒரு வெட்டு வெட்டினார்
பெரியவா!

பெரியவாளின் முன் உளறி கொட்டி கிளறி மூடிய ஒரு உபன்யாசகர், “ஒரே அபத்தமாக
சொன்னேன். வ்ருத்தியாறதுக்கு பெரியவாதான் அனுக்ரஹிக்கணும்”

“அபத்தம் வ்ருத்தியாவதற்கு நான் வேற அனுக்ரஹிக்கணுமா?” என்றார் குறும்பாக பெரியவா!

ஒருமுறை திருமதி M S ம் திரு சதாஸிவமும் கச்சேரிக்காக வெளிநாடு
சென்றுவிட்டு திரும்பியதும் பெரியவாளை தர்சனம் பண்ண வந்தார்கள். பூஜை
முடிந்து எல்லாருக்கும் தன் கையாலேயே தீர்த்தம் குடுத்துக்
கொண்டிருந்தார் பெரியவா. அந்த வரிசையில் சதாஸிவத்துக்கு பின்னால் திரு
ரா.கணபதி நின்று கொண்டிருந்தார்.

சாதாரணமாக கடல் கடந்து போய்விட்டு வந்த பிராம்மணனுக்கு பெரியவா தன்
கையால் சந்திரமௌலீஸ்வரர் அபிஷேக தீர்த்தம் தருவது சாஸ்த்ர விரோதமாகையால்
சதாசிவத்துக்கு பெரியவா கையால் தீர்த்தம் கிடைக்காது என்பது ரா.கணபதிக்கு
நிதர்சனமாக தெரிந்திருந்தது. ஆனால், சதாசிவத்துக்கு இந்த விஷயம்
தெரியாதாகையால் ரொம்ப சந்தோஷமாக இவரோடு பேசிக்கொண்டே கியூவில் முன்னேறிக்
கொண்டிருந்தார்.

ரா.கணபதிக்கு ரொம்ப இக்கட்டான சூழ்நிலை. “பெரியவாளே கதி” என்று நகர்ந்து
கொண்டிருந்தார். இதோ! சதாஸிவம் பெரியவா முன்னால் தீர்த்தத்துக்காக கையை
நீட்டிவிட்டார்…….

பெரியவா உத்ரணியை பாத்திரத்துக்குள் போட்டுவிட்டு, பக்கத்திலிருந்த
தேங்காயை எடுத்து தரையில் தட்டி உடைத்தார்……

“இன்னிக்கி ஒனக்கு ஸ்பெஷல் தீர்த்தம்!” இளநீரை சதாசிவத்தின் கைகளில்
விட்டார்! சதாசிவத்தின் முகத்தில் ஏகப்பட்ட சந்தோஷம்! ரா.கணபதிக்கோ
நிம்மதி பெருமூச்சு!

“பாத்தியா? இன்னிக்கி பெரியவா எனக்கு மட்டும் ஸ்பெஷல்..லா தீர்த்தம்
குடுத்துட்டார்!…”

சாஸ்த்ரத்தையும் மீறாமல், பிறர் மனஸ் நோகாமல் தீர்வு காண தெய்வத்தால்
மட்டுமே முடியும்!

பாரத கண்டம், இந்த உலக மக்களின் தெளிவுக்காக, எத்தனையோ மகான்களை தொடர்ந்து தந்து கொண்டே இருக்கிறது.

ஆனால், ஞானியர் வரலாற்றுப் பேரேட்டில் உலகு முழுதும் தேடிப் பார்த்தாலும், அதிகம் பேசாதிருந்த ஒரு மகரிஷியைப் பற்றியே, அதிகமாகப் பேசிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது ஆன்மிக உலகம். அவர், அருணாசல தீபமாய் இன்றும் ஜொலிக்கும் பகவான் ரமணர்.

அவரது விழிகள் வழியே பொங்கிப் பிரவகித்து வழிந்தோடும் கதிர் வெள்ளத்தில் நீராடிச் சிலிர்த்துப் போனார்கள், குடியரசுத் தலைவர்களும், சாம்ராஜ்ய இளவரசர்களும்.

அமெரிக்கக் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் உட்ரோ வில்சனின் மகள் அருணாசல ஆசிரமத்துக்கு வந்தாள். ஓர் இரவு தங்கல். ஒரு பகல் பொழுது முழுக்க ரமணரை தரிசித்தாள். அவளும் கேள்வி கேட்கவில்லை. ரமணரும் பேசவில்லை. தன் வீடு திரும்பிய அந்தப் பெண் எழுதினாள்: ‘இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் போதனைகள், பகவான் ரமணரை தரிசித்த பின்பு புரிய ஆரம்பித்து விட்டது’ என்று.

ஓம் நமோ பகவதே ஸ்ரீ ரமணாயா!

To accomplish anything, one should have a firm determination. All religions and scriptures agree that helping fellow-beings in times of need and saving them from distress is the greatest virtue. Every human being has equal rights in the world, for Divinity is present in all. To enjoy peace of mind, it is essential to practice forbearance and equanimity. Good and bad, rich and poor, educated and uneducated exist in every country. Even though born in the same family, some are narrow minded and have crooked ideas and indulge in selfish deeds, while others are noble and selfless. To be friendly towards all beings and do good with love is the primary duty of all.

Where there is faith there is Love, Where there is Love there is Peace, Where there is Peace there is Truth. Where there is Truth there is Bliss, Where there is Bliss there is God. The Divine manifests Himself in many forms and is worshipped as such, for the joy to be derived from it. Truth is one, regardless of nation or religion. The names and forms of human beings may vary, but the Supreme in them (Sath-chith-ananda) does not vary. It is eternal and changeless. Embodiments of Divine Love! Strike down the walls that separate man from man. Get rid of differences based on caste and creed. Develop firm faith in the oneness of Humanity. Cultivate love in your hearts. Then nations will be united, prosperous and happy.

Message For The Day… Remember The God with Love ….

Lord Jesus Christ gave the following example while teaching His fishermen disciples: ‘In a river the water is flowing in a swift current. But the tiny fishes are able to swim in it and move about merrily, despite the speed of the current. In the same river, a huge elephant caught in the rapids, is likely to get washed away or drowned in spite of its enormous size. The elephant just cannot survive there! The reason is: What you need for survival in a river is not being large, but the ability to swim. Likewise a person who is caught up in the ocean of worldly existence needs, not so much metaphysics, scholarship or wealth, as much as the grace of Divine love.’ Without any knowledge of Vedanta, one can still surmount all the problems of life if one is blessed with God’s love. Hence, remember the Lord with Love, worship Him with Love and sanctify your life with Love.

ஒரு முறை பெரிவாளிடம் ஒரு அம்மா சொன்னார். நான் நெறைய ஸ்ல ோகம் பாராயணம் பண்றேன்.மத்யானம் சாப்பிடவே ஒரு மணியாறது. ஆனா பிரச்சினைகள் தீரலே…பகவான் கண் பார்க்கலேன்னு வருத்தப்பட்டார்.

“ஸ்லோகம் சொல்றச்சே சுவாமி முன்னாடி உட்கார்ந்துண்டு, சுவாமியை மனசிலே நிறுத்திண்டுதானே பாராயணம் பண்றேள்”னு கேட்டேன்.

“அதெப்படி முடியும்? குளிச்சிண்டே,வேற வெலை பார்த்துண்டே தான் சொல்றேன்.எல்லாம் மனப்பாடம்.தப்பு வராது”ன்னா.

காய் நறுக்கணும்னா அரிவாள்மணை,கத்தியைக் கிட்டே வைச்சுக்கறோம். சமைக்கணும்னா அடுப்பு கிட்டே போகணும்.

குளிக்கணும், துவைக்கணும்னா தண்ணீர் பக்கத்திலே போறோம். ஸ்கூட்டர், கார் எதுவானாலும் கிட்ட இருந்து ஓட்டினா தான் ஓடறது.

ஆனா ஸ்லோகம் சொல்லணும்னா மனசு சுவாமிகிட்டே போக வேண்டாமா? “ஸர்வாந்தர்யாமி” தான் அவன். ஆனாலும் பிரச்சினை பெரிசுன்னா பக்கத்துல உட்கார்ந்து அனுசரணையா சிரத்தையா
சொல்லுங்கோ… நிச்சயம் கேட்பான்.

வேறு வேலையில் கவனம் இல்லாமிலிருந்தால் விபத்து நடக்கும். ஆனா பகவான் ஞாபகம் இல்லாம ஸ்லோக மந்திரத்தை முணு முணுத்தா போறும்னு நெனைக்கலாமா?

புதுப் பூவைப் பார்த்தா பகவானுக்குத் தரணும்னு ஆசை வரணும். தளதளன்னு இருக்கிற சந்தனத்தை பகவானுக்கு பூசிப் பார்க்கணும்னு நெனைப்பு வரணும்.இந்தப் புடவையிலே அம்பாள் எப்படி
இருப்பாள்னு நெனைச்சு தியானம் பண்ணினாலேகருணை செய்கிறவாளாச்சே!

கல்லைத் தூக்கி சமுத்திரத்திலே போட்டா மூழ்கிடும். ஆனா மரத்தாலே கப்பல் பண்ணி, அதிலே எத்தனை கல் ஏத்தினாலும் மூழ்கிறதில்லே!

கவலைகள் கல்லு மாதிரி,பகவான் தெப்பம் மாதிரி, மனசு என்கிற சமுத்திரத்திலே பகவானைத் தெப்பமாக்கணும். தெய்வத்தை இணைக்கிற ஆணிகள் தான் பூஜை மந்திரங்கள் எல்லாம்.
அப்புறம் கவலைகளைத் தூக்கி தெப்பத்தில் இறக்கலாம். சம்சாரசாகரத்தில் மூழ்கடிக்கப்படாமல் கரை சேர்ந்து விடலாம்.

Message For The Day…The One with God…

Having taken birth as a human being, one has to realise the Divinity within. The primary duty of every individual, as a messenger of God, is to practice and propagate the principles of truth, love, and peace and to experience the bliss within and share it with others. The one who propagates the worldly, fleeting, and ephemeral matters cannot be called a Messenger of God. The one who loves God is the Messenger of God. The one whom God loves is the Son of God. The one who understands the principle of unity becomes one with God.
