Message For the Day…” Have Tolerance and Patience with Mutual Helping Attitude “..

Spiritual Practice (Sadhana) must be done in a disciplined and systematic manner, in an atmosphere filled with virtues. Just as fans in a large hall cool the atmosphere and provide soothing breeze to the people gathered there, so too, the fans of Truth, Right Conduct, Peace and Love (Sathya, Dharma, Shanthi, and Prema) are necessary to reduce the sweltering heat of ignorance, falsehood, injustice and indiscipline (Ajnaana, Asathya, Anyaaya and Akrama). In a world where noble conduct is being insulted and denied at every turn, peace and tolerance are the only means through which you can save yourself. This is the most important aspect that I ask you to cultivate. In every act, have tolerance and patience with a mutual helping attitude. In the family, cultivate patience and mutual respect; in the community, have righteousness and justice.

Giraffe Riddle on Facebook-Truth!

Summary of the eRumor:
There is a strange phenomenon taking place on the popular social site Facebook.   When people visit their friends profiles they notice that the profile photo has been changed to display the head of a giraffe.  Have they been hacked or did they loose a bet?

The Truth:
The good news is your friends have not been hacked.

“It’s the newest social media craze to involve a cute animal,” according to an October 28, 2013 article by the Chicago Tribune News.

Participants of the riddle voluntarily changed their profile photos to an image of a giraffe if they could not correctly answer a riddle that has gone viral on Facebook.

The riddle goes like this:

It’s 3 a.m., the doorbell rings and you wake up. Unexpected visitors! It’s your parents and they are here for breakfast. You have strawberry jam, honey, wine, bread and cheese. What is the first thing you open?

The rules of the game say that if the players answer the riddle incorrectly that they have to change their Facebook profile photo to an image of a giraffe.

Spoiler:
If you guessed your eyes or the door you are correct.  Those are the only two acceptable answers to the riddle.

Message for the Day…”You are part and parcel of Universe Manifestation “…

Often you are aware that there is something behind and beyond all the fleeting fantasy; something that persists through all the successes and defeats, the tears and smiles, the mirth and moan – but you are unable to grasp it and realize that it is the same Entity that underlies the entire Universe. You are indeed one with the most distant star and the least little blade of grass – you shine as dew on the petal of the rose, you are part and parcel of all this manifestation! The scriptures teach you this truth through many a parable, and even directly through the experience of saints and mystics. Through meditation and practice of spiritual discipline, you can be aware of yourselves as all this. Hanuman may have the form of a monkey, but do not get carried away by the outer casement (Upadhi). The Lord was His very breath; every hair-end of Hanuman echoed with Lord Rama’s Name

SO THIS is what the plane spotters hang out for.

These unbelievable mile-high snaps have been released by aviation photographersAirTeamImages to celebrate its 10th birthday, and they provide a unique glimpse into life in the skies.

From hundreds of birds surrounding a Boeing 777 at Heathrow Airport, to a Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornet visibly breaking the sounds barrier above San Francisco, these remarkable mile-high moments are usually never witnessed by passengers.

Other highlights include the look on a pilot’s face as his small plane turns upside down, a jumbo jet swooping low over sunbathers, and a view of lightning from the cockpit of a Jetstar plane.

AirTeamImages was established in 2003 by the world renowned aviation photographer Derek Pedley.

“We are the largest supplier of aviation images in the world,” he said. “We have 200 photographers which I have hand-picked and we have a portfolio of images that tell the whole history of aviation right back to the 1900s.

Pedley’s love of planes began when he was a child.

“I have a real fascination with planes, which was probably kickstarted by me growing up next to Birmingham Airport,” he said.

“I would go with my friends and play football behind the fences which ran alongside the runways. When photography came along it helped to keep the interest going, and here I am today.”

Just For Laugh !!!….” Level of Confidence ” !!!

What is confidence????

A hypothetical situation where 20 CEOs board an airplane and are told that the flight that they are about to take is the first-ever to feature pilotless technology: “It is an uncrewed aircraft.”
Each one of the CEOs is then told, privately, that their company’s software is running the aircraft’s automatic pilot system.
Nineteen of the CEOs promptly leave the aircraft, each offering a different type of excuse.
One CEO alone remains on board the jet, seeming very calm indeed.
Asked why he is so confident in this first uncrewed flight, he replies: “If it is the same software thats developed by my company’s IT systems department, this plane won’t even take off!!!! .”
That is called Confidence!!!

Message For The Day….”Who am I ? Where Have I come from ?…”

There are four questions that every person must interest oneself with : “Who am I?”, ”Where have I come from?”, “Where am I going?” and “How long will I remain here?”. These questions have been answered clearly in the Vedas. All spiritual inquiry begins with these questions and attempts to find answers to them. If you drop a letter in the post box without writing the ‘From’ or ‘To’ address, it will go nowhere but to the ‘dead letter office’. In fact it is a waste of time writing that letter, is it not? So too, if you do not know the purpose of your life in this world, you will get caught in the cycle of birth and death, and will never reach your destination. To find answers to these key questions, you must begin enquiry about the Self. To get the answers, you must practice spiritual discipline. Then, you will find that the answers become part of your daily living experiences!

” You Can Never ask anyone For Attention or Love ” ….

May Sai give us the wisdom to control our anger , our words , our tone and most importantly understand that arguments can never ever solve any problem. Conflicts can never bring Peace between two people . You can never ask anyone for attention or love- You can only give all the love, the attention , the care , the understanding that you desire in order to receive it from your loved one but have patience to accept that what ever is yours will always remain yours as long as you learn to give and expect less..
