Apple and Samsung are headed back to court today for round two of their billion dollar patent lawsuit that will see the two companies pointing fingers and slamming down arguments on who copied whose patents.
We’ve seen enough evidence to have our own opinion on Samsung’s copying ways and now thanks to this Thai cartoon it all becomes perfectly clear why Samsung just can’t help itself.

They may be known as fast and vicious killers, but it seems even the king of beasts needs a cat nap every now and again.
These pictures show the soft side of one of nature’s deadliest predators as a lion has a nap in a tree.
The shots were taken in the Maasai Mara national reserve in Kenya by designer Mark Bridger.

British photographer Mark Bridger captured the sleeping cat while on safari in the country
Mark, 45, was in Kenya for seven days after winning a photography competition and was amazed to get these shots of a the lazy lion.
Mark, from West Malling, Kent said: ‘I was on safari for seven days and I was waking up at 6am every day and staying out for about ten hours in order to take the perfect shots.
‘We were in a safari jeep with no sides when I spotted the lionness up the tree.
‘Maasai Mara is one of the only places on the planet where lions sleep in trees. It just doesn’t really happen outside of Kenya so it was great to see.’

Mark took his photographs of the lazy lionness from the safety of the Jeep, and the docile big cat didn’t even notice.
Mark said: ‘If I had stepped out of the Jeep I am told she would have jumped out of the tree and killed me for sure.
‘It was amazing to see such a power creature looking so lazy, hiding up in the tree. I’m glad I managed to capture the moment.’

Lions are most active at night, or just after dusk when they hunt in short sharp bursts of activity, and spend up to 70 per cent of the rest of the day asleep.
In order to escape the heat of the savannah where they live, they will often lay down in long grass or shelter under dense shrubs.
Sleeping in trees in unusual behaviour for the species, which prefers to nap in packs on the ground.

1. The two days of the week that begin with “T” are Today and Tomorrow.
2. There are 12 seconds in a year.
3. God has two first names, and they are Andy and Howard.”
Saint Peter said, “OK, I’ll buy the Today and Tomorrow, even though it’s not the answer I expected, so your answer is correct.
But how did you get 12 seconds in a year, and why did you ever think that God’s first name was either Andy or Howard?”
The Antartian replied, “Well, January 2nd, February 2nd,March 2nd, etc….”
“OK, I give,” said Saint Peter, “but what about the God’s first name stuff?”
The Antartian said, “Well, from the song….Andy walks with me, Andy talks with me, Andy tells me I am his own…, and the prayer…Our Father, who art in heaven, Howard be thy name….”
Saint Peter let him in without another word.

லீடர் குரங்கு என்ன உத்தரவு எப்படி போட்டதோ தெரியவில்லை! ஆனால், மற்ற குரங்குகள் ஒவ்வொன்றாக வந்து பழத்தை எடுத்துகொண்டு மேலே சென்றன. லீடர் குரங்கு மட்டும் ஒரு பழத்தை கூட தொடவில்லை!
பெரியவாள் சொன்னார்கள்:
“குரங்குகள் போன்ற மிருகங்களுக்கு கூட ஒரு discipline இருக்கு! லீடர் குரங்கு சொல்கிறபடி நடக்கின்றன.
“காட்டில், யானைகளுக்கு ஒரு தலைமை யானை இருக்கும். அந்த லீடர் யானையை follow பண்ணித்தான் மற்ற யானைகள் செல்லும்.
“ஒரு கட்டெறும்பு செத்துபோனால், மற்ற கட்டெறும்புகள் அதை இழுத்துச் செல்லும்.
“ஒரு காக்கை இறந்து போனால், மற்ற காக்கைகள் மரத்தில் உட்கார்ந்துகொண்டு துக்கமாய் கதறும்.
“ஆனால், ஆறறிவு படைத்த மனிதர்கள் தான் குரு சொல்கிறபடி நடப்பதில்லை. என்னை பார்த்து, நீங்களெல்லாம் ஆசார்யாள். பெரியவாள் என்றெல்லாம் சொல்கிறீர்கள். ஆனால், நான் சொல்வதை உங்களால் செய்ய முடிகிறதில்லை!”
கவனமாக கேட்டுகொண்டிருந்த பக்தர்கள், ஒரே குரலாக, “பெரியவா என்ன உத்தரவு போட்டாலும் செய்கிறோம்” என்று பக்தியோடு பதிலளித்தார்கள்.
“சரி, காலையில் இரண்டு நிமிஷம், சாயங்காலம் இரண்டு நிமிஷம், எனக்காக ஒதுக்குங்கள். இருபத்திநான்கு மணி நேரத்தில், நாலு நிமிஷம் தான் கேட்கிறேன்.
“காலையில், இரண்டு நிமிஷம் “ராம, ராம” என்று சொலுங்கோ; சாயங்காலம் இரண்டு நிமிஷம் “சிவ, சிவ” ன்னு சொலுங்கோ…”
“அப்படியே செய்கிறோம்” என்று சுமார் நூறு பேர்கள் தெரிவித்து கொண்டார்கள்.
அமளி அடங்கியதும், பெரியவாள் அருகிலிருந்த தொண்டர்களிடம், “பத்து பன்னிரண்டு பேர்களாவது , சொன்ன சொல்லை காப்பாத்துவா” என்றார்கள்.
அந்த, யாரோ பத்து பன்னிரண்டு புண்ணியாத்மாக்களை உருவாக்குவதற்காகத்தான்., ஆழமான கருத்துடன், அரைமணி lecture!
குரங்கு, காட்டு யானை, கட்டெறும்பு, காக்கை – நமக்கு நல்ல வழிகாட்டிகள்; “ஆச்சார்யர்கள்”.
அவர்களை (அவைகளை) யாவது follow பண்ணலாம் தானே?

ADAM Gilchrist says Indian spinner Ravi Ashwin last night bowled the “T20 ball of the century” in the World T20 semi-final against South Africa.
Ashwin evoked comparison’s with Shane Warne’s ‘ball of the century’ to Mike Gatting after ripping one of his carrom balls across Hashim Amla.
The ball pitched outside Amla’s legs and turned sharply before clipping the top of his off-stump.
Gilchrist said Ashwin’s delivery might be the best T20 ball we’d ever see.
