Message For The Day….Learn to Make The Best Of Life Thro Spiritual Flight !!!!

The mood and behaviour of people in cinema halls, marriage halls, exhibitions or while watching a game is very different from that of a spiritual gathering! The mood during entertainment is very different as the crowd there are moved by totally different impulses. However, in a gathering devoted to the needs of the spirit, what is expected is calm, reverential and eager attention, prayerful silence. Silence is most needed in all spiritual gatherings where deeper spiritual disciplines are discussed. Only the eye and the ear need function, the tongue has no business to wag. Everyone then will be able to receive completely, the gift of love and grace. Learn to make the best of life, this chance offered to you to sublimate your instincts, impulses and impressions on the mind from past deeds (Vasanas) and rise higher and higher in the moral and spiritual plane.

“Mommy, today I got punished for something I didn’t do!”

“What do you mean?” Her mother says, angry, “I’m going to call your teacher right now! What is it you didn’t do?”

“My homework.”

A rich businessman walls down the street when he spots an old man sitting with a fishing rod next to a puddle, trying to get fish.

View From Cockpit @35000 ft…..Jaw Dropping Images !!!

Most people are lucky to see the sky through their office window, let alone be in it.
But Karim Nafani beholds more than just a few trees and clouds from his desk at work… he gets to see the whole world in shimmering panorama.
And now the Dubai-based commercial airline captain and photographer has taken pictures of his cockpit and posted them online.
He says he began the project in a bid to document his daily routine through a series of otherworldly images that look more like oil paintings than photographs and reveal exactly what it is like for pilots at 35,000 feet.

Stunning view: Most people are lucky to see the sky through their office window, let alone be in it

Stunning view: Dubai-based Karim Nafani sees more than just a few trees and an open space from his desk at work… he gets to see the whole world in shimmering panorama

Panorama: This photograph is of a 1st officer enjoying the sunrise at 37,000 feet above sea level en route to Chittagong Bangladesh

Panorama: This photograph is of a 1st officer enjoying the sunrise at 37,000 feet above sea level en route to Chittagong Bangladesh

The only trouble is, when it gets a bit stuffy, he can’t open the window as any normal office worker would.

He said: ‘I take you far away from skyscrapers and high rise building roof tops this time to somewhere much higher: welcome to my daily office!’

He gives the images their ethereal look through a technique called ‘exposure bracketing’ which involves setting up a DSLR camera to take at least three shots, each at a different exposure, before combining them to create the final print.

The result looks more like an oil painting on canvas than a real-time digital photograph.

Apart from the beautiful views that confront Karim each day he takes to the skies, his pictures also remind viewers of the incredible array of levers, panels and buttons that cover almost every inch of an aircraft’s cockpit.

And, of course, he knows his way around them just as well as he does around those on his digital SLR camera.

But Karim’s portfolio doesn’t end inside his cockpit.

As a pilot he says he developed a keen interest in how the world looks from above.

So he went about climbing to the top of buildings and skyscrapers to picture cities from above.

Branching out: But Karim's portfolio doesn't end inside his cockpit

'Close up': This is an aerial view of the artificial Palm Islands in Dubai

On top of the world: Karim often uses a fish eye lens to bend the horizon

Moody: Karim's braketted exposure technique gives many of his cityscapes a dark edge, almost as if taken from a post-apocalyptic comic book

Rings and roundabouts: One of Karim's favourite times to photograph Dubai is at night when the city lights up in a kaleidoscope of colour

Marina-nother world: As a pilot he says he developed a keen interest in how the world looks from above.

Dusk or dawn? So he went about climbing to the top of buildings and skyscrapers to picture cities from above

Menacing: Karim paints a picture of a world without limits

Iconic: Dubai has a skyline that is not only one of the world's most iconic but also the tallest

Once An Airport ….Now A Luxury Cruise Terminal !!!

Hong Kong Kai Tak Cruise Terminal

The Mariner of the Seas docks at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbor

HONG Kong has opened a $1.1 billion cruise terminal at the site of its former airport in a bid to become Asia’s hub for luxury liners.

The new terminal, built on the runway of the old Kai Tak airport, will be able to accommodate the largest cruise ships in the world – liners of up to 220,000 gross tonnes.

“Kai Tak was the site of our legendary airport and is now turning a historic page by connecting Hong Kong with the rest of the world through the seven seas,” Commissioner of Tourism Philip Yung said.

“With the addition of this new facility, Hong Kong is in full gear to receive mega cruise ships,” Yung said.

Royal Caribbean’s 311 metres long Mariner of the Seas was the first mega luxury cruise liner to dock at the two-berth terminal, which boasts a 360-degree panoramic view of the city.

A troupe of lion dancers welcomed more than 3,000 passengers as they disembarked the ship.

“Our favourite port was Venice. You beat Venice,” George Lamson, a 74-year-old artist from the US, told reporters, adding he was amazed by the views as the ship entered the city’s famed Victoria Harbour.

“We feel very privileged to have this honour,” 65-year-old retiree from the UK Valerie Blakeway said of being the first visitors at the terminal.

 Kai Tak Airport

The former Kai Tak International Airport was considered one of the most challenging places to land an aircraft due to its central location in the city and tall mountains surrounding it.

The airport closed in 1998 after being in service for over 70 years and was replaced by the current Chek Lap Kok International Airport.

The cruise terminal will open to the public in the third quarter of the year with its second berth opening in 2014.

A Gorgeous Photo….Taken by Delta Airlines Captain !!!

one world trade center tower cloudes

Last month, the spire was installed on top of Manhattan’s One World Trade Center, bringing the new tower to its full height of 1,776 feet.

That was just tall enough to peek above the clouds for this photo, taken by Delta Airlines Captain Jerry Walsh. The Port Authority of NY & NJ posted the shot to Facebook yesterday.

Laughter ….The Best Medicine !!!!….” you got me out of shower ?!!!”

A limousine had encountered a red traffic light and was waiting for it to change when a small mini also drives up. The haughty businessman int he back of the limousine started bragging to the mini owner.

“This is the best limo that money can buy. It has ABS, airbags for all passengers, automatic climate control, onboard computer control system, photochromatic glass, mini bar, a television with satellite dish embedded in the roof, and this, and this…”

At this point the mini owner interrupted.

“But do you have a video screen in there?”

The light changed just then, and the limo driver pulled off. The businessman in back felt a bit down that he didn’t have this simple item, and that very day had one installed in the limo.

A few days passed, and again the limo was at a traffic light when the businessman spotted the mini. It was pulled over to a side, with the glass all steamed up, and steam coming from a half open window. Upon seeing this, the businessman got out of his car and knocked on the window of the mini. After a few moments, the mini owner poked his head out.

“I installed a DVD in my limo,” said the businessman proudly.

“What!?!’ the mini-man responded. “You got me out of the shower for THAT?”

” What To Do When I Someone Insults Me ?” …Listen To What Sai Says ….

Quiz time
Question no. 1
You : SAI MAA, what to do when someone insults me? How should I react? BABA : All you got to do is keep SMILING and thank them.
You : BABA How can I smile when someone insults me? Why should I even thank them?
BABA : Before I answer that, Now tell me how do you clean your dress if it becomes dirty?
You : I will use soap and water and take off that dirt.
BABA : Ah! Exactly, In the same way the one who is Insulting you is also cleaning you. The reason why you and everyone are here is because of Karma. So the one who insults you is taking your karmas, your pains onto him. So
ALWAYS BE PATIENT AND NEVER GET ANGRY EVEN IF SOMEONE INSULTS YOU. I WILL TAKE CARE
You :. Love you SAI MAA

Question no. 2
You : BABA how to control my anger when someone irritates me?
BABA : What is anger?
You : It is a feeling
BABA : What is Affection?
You : It is also a feeling
BABA : Where do I live?
You : Oh SAI MAA you are the Supreme God and you live everywhere
BABA : Can you see me in your mother?
You : Yes SAI MAA
BABA : Can you see me in your Father?
You : Indeed! You are my mother and father SAINATH!
BABA : Can you see me in your Friend?

You : Yes. I do deva
BABA : You said I live everywhere then am I not living in that person who irritates you?
You : But…
BABA : Look my child, NEVER GET ANGRY and always have PATIENCE. Even if someone irritates you just be patient. I WILL TAKE CARE*
BLESSED IS HE WHO SEES ME IN ALL CREATURES
You : Love you SAI MAA

Question no. 3
Nanasaheb asks BABA
Nana: Baba, Who is God? How will He look? Where is He? How can we see Him?
Baba: Oh Nana! God is everywhere. There is no place where He is not. What prevents us from seeing Him is the power of Maya. I, you, this world, all are part of God. Therefore no one should hate another. Never forget that the Lord is everywhere. That will generate Love in you. When love overflows, everything is obtained.

Question no. 4
You : Oh MAA SAI, Why do you have to suffer the pains of others. Why can’t you just destroy the pains of your devotees?
BABA : My child, the answer is Karma. If someone is going through difficult times either health or wealth problems, it’s all because of Karma. When my devotees come to my feet and ask for my help,.
I TAKE THEIR KARMA ONTO MYSELF. No one can destroy karma just like that. So I TAKE MY DEVOTEES PAINS AND SUFFER FOR THEM.

MY HAPPINESS LIES IN MY DEVOTEES HAPPINESS
I don’t want anything in return except for Your Love….

Message For The Day…You Are Yourself Paramatma ….

When the senses are brought under control by the mind, the mind itself ceases to function; it disappears as it were. Then man experiences a profound silence. That stillness resulting from the absence of the mind is true Knowledge (Jnana). This knowledge cannot be acquired by intellectual ability or mental agility, nor by following an example. It is sui generis. Consider the ashes which cover a burning charcoal or the moss which covers a sheet of water. The ashes have come from the charcoal. The moss has originated from the water. The cataract that dims the vision of the eye, wherefrom has it come? From the eye itself! When the screen that blinds the vision is removed, the true Self will be seen in its real form. Atma Jnana is not obtainable through books, preceptors or even Paramatma (the Supreme Self). You are yourself theParamatma, the Jnana, the Atma.
